CabGo is a taxi dispatch service operating in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide when booking a ride (name, mobile phone number, pickup and drop-off address).
  • Trip details required to dispatch a driver and confirm your ride.
  • Basic device and log data when you use cabgo.online.

How we use your information

  • To dispatch a driver, confirm pickup, and notify you about the status of your ride.
  • To send transactional SMS notifications related to a ride you booked (driver assigned, ETA, arrival, completion).
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

SMS messaging

When you book a ride with CabGo by phone or through our dispatcher, you provide your mobile number so we can text you transactional updates about that specific ride. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency depends on how often you book. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any CabGo message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@cabgo.online.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share only what is needed to provide your ride (for example, your first name, phone number, and pickup location with the assigned driver) and with service providers like our SMS carrier (Twilio). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing support@cabgo.online.
